New York University Student Services Center

NYU saw the need to restructure their enrollment services process to increase student satisfaction while making their in-house operations more efficient. To do this they created combined new facilities for the offices of Financial Aid, Bursar, and Registrar by consolidating the front office services of these three departments in one space, and placing the back offices in another location.

Rosenberg Kolb was retained for their prior experience with banking facilities, their in house signage and graphic capabilities, and their emphasis on the importance of programming to give shape to the design process.
