Carribean Resort and Condominium Complex

A series of mid-rise, gracefully clustered buildings will form this resort complex on an oceanfront property in the Caribbean. Designed to be reminiscent of British Colonial architecture, each apartment will have generous proportions, direct views of the ocean and outdoor space on breezeways and terraces.

The Master Plan is comprised of four five-story oceanfront buildings with 2- and 4-bedroom apartments, a central four-story building with one- and two-bedroom units, a low-rise, L-shaped building with sixteen one-bedroom duplex apartments, a small reception building with administrative offices, exercise facilities and a lounge, and a separate building with retail shops and a restaurant for residents.

Although the site is narrow along the waterfront, Rosenberg Kolb's design maximizes ocean views while promoting a sense of community for the apartment owners. Landscaping and walking paths logically access all amenities and two swimming pools.
